Scenario: Edentulous Maxilla

Failing partial Maxillary dentition, options were given to maintain dentition or Maxillary Edentulous implant supported metal ceramic prosthesis.

Placement of implants in 17, 15, 23, 24, 25 positions. Immediate placement of implants in extraction sites in 13, 11, and 21. The Molars 16, 26 were retained to better stablize the transitional partial denture. !0 weeks healing time before prosthetic procedures, at this time the remaining two molars were extracted and the transitional partial denture was modified into a full denture. Prosthetic procedures were uneventful from final impression, Bite registration, try in set up, try in framework and final prosthesis. the final prosthesis is a one-piece metal ceramic, screw retained prosthesis.

Total procedure time from implant to final restoration: 6.5 hours

Total number of visits: 5 appointments
