Scenario: Partial Maxillary Posterior - Replacement of Maxillary Left Quadrant

Fractured root on lateral incisor, extraction of roots 22 and 23, immediate Placement of abutment in position 23 (cuspid), 24, 25, 26. avoiding the socket of 22 (infected site) and forcing the osteotomy in position immediately adjacent to the extraction socket of 23, because this is a better position to support the biscupid 24 and better spacing between 23 and 24 for prosthetic procedures. Final prosthesis is a one piece screw retained metal ceramic prosthesis with lateral incisor as cantilever.

Total procedure time from implant to final restoration: 2.1 hours
Treatment Elapse time: 12 weeks
Total number of visits: 9 appointments
